You would be taking customers products and testing them in a lab to identified which of our clients machines best meets their needs. From there, you would be building out quotes and presenting them to their clients. In addition, you would act as the product support specialist and assist clients with troubleshooting issues. This is a direct hire role, the hours are 8:00a 5:00p with no overtime. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the lab and test products
  • Make recommendations and prepare quotes to customers on products that meet their needs
  • Provide technical and customer support
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Help prepare best practices and training materials
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in mechanicals, maintenance or similar prepared
  • 1+ year of customer service, sales, restaurant, etc. experience
  • 1+ years of manufacturing
  • Be mechanically inclined
  • Work well independently
  • Able to stand on your feet 4-6 hours/day
