Ensure adherence to NCQA and CMS accreditation standards and develop policies and procedures. Manage audit processes, training programs, quality improvement initiatives, and grievance resolution. Support fraud, waste, and abuse investigations. Oversee the Clinical Care Management Committee and align governance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field. 6‑8 years of experience in healthcare operations, managed health care, or home health services. Strong understanding of NCQA and CMS accreditation requirements. Experience in utilization management, denials, and appeals management. Proven self‑starter who identifies and drives change. Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with internal and external customers. Strong interpersonal, organizational, time‑management, and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a diverse team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong work ethic. IHCS is an equal opportunity employer.
