Position OverviewThe Construction Office Manager reports to the Construction Superintendent/Site Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions for TAS construction site offices.Key Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflowPrepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders and invoicesCoordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors and suppliersAssist in budgeting and financial tracking for installation projectsOversee compliance with safety regulations and company policiesSupervise and support office staffOrganize and maintain project files ensuring all documentation and drawings are up to dateFacilitate site meetings and prepare and record meeting minutesWork closely with site EHS Manager to record all safety and training records for site teamWork closely with Site QA/QC Leads to maintain appropriate recordsFacilitate lessons learned process and communications to Aftermarket leadershipAny other task and responsibility assigned by TASJob SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office suite and construction management softwareKnowledge of construction terminology and practicesFamiliarity with building codes and safety regulationsEducation & TrainingHigh School diploma plus extensive construction office management experienceBachelor’s degree in business administration is a plusMinimum Requirements15 years of experience in construction office managementProven track record of collaborating with various construction disciplinesAbility to travel domestically on short noticeHigh energy, driven individual that communicates and interacts well in a team environmentResults oriented individual with good verbal and written communication skillsPhysical Requirements/Work EnvironmentPosition is at least ~50% at a desk working with computer and ~50% travel developing potential customer relationships and/or coordinating TAS project site teams and customer contractors. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Performs other physical activities including use of fingers, sitting, stooping, bending, crouching, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision necessary to prepare and analyze data and figures, operate a computer terminal and conduct extensive reading.
