Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President of Sales to play a pivotal role in our continued growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the private market funds sector and a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales. This is a strategic player/coach role, requiring not only the management of a sales team but also direct contribution to sales initiatives. Adjacent functions include Marketing, Partnerships, and Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership and Strategy Development:
    • Lead sales strategies to further penetrate the private market funds sector.
    • Drive New Client ARR growth through direct sales initiatives and team management.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales objectives with company goals.
  • Team Management and Coaching:
    • Build, lead, and mentor a dynamic sales team.
    • Establish a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
    • Evaluate team performance and provide targeted coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Management and Reporting:
    • Oversee sales performance metrics, adapting strategies to market dynamics.
    • Provide comprehensive sales reports to the executive team.
    • Manage and allocate the sales budget effectively for maximum ROI.
  • Market Analysis and Relationship Building:
    • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities within the private market funds sector.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
    • Represent Flow at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS in private market funds.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
