OverviewThe Business Relationship Director - Hospitality is a senior consultative field sales position within Spectrum Business. Individuals in this position are responsible for voice, data, managed services, and video network infrastructure sales within the national vertical sales segment focused on major brand hospitality customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales account plans for assigned portfolios, including clearly defined strategies that maximize revenue opportunitiesBuild executive relationships in the named hospitality brands to develop credibility, brand recognition, and sales success nationally in concert with the local Spectrum sales teamsWork with the named hospitality brands and internal organizations to acquire qualified/preferred vendor statusWork with the named hospitality brands and internal organizations to negotiate and complete MSAsLead efforts to cross functionally develop business cases when necessary to further development efforts to achieve brand standardsUnderstand the communication needs of enterprise business clients and design solutions to meet those complex business needsConduct face-to-face consultative needs analysis interviews with prospective customersPrepare and present professional sales proposals and presentations that align with client business goals and objectivesSelf-generates leads through industry networking, trade shows, prospecting, and working defined "named account" listsMaintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer informationActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceWorks in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales engineering, sales support, and marketing personnelAttends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by managementMay perform other duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishDemonstrated success as a top sales performer, consistently exceeding revenue quotaProven business-to-business sales experience with "C level" decision makersDemonstrated working knowledge of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber-connected networksHighly effective presentation, closing, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeValid and active State driver's license and safe driving recordRequired EducationBachelor\'s Degree from a four-year College or university, or equivalent training, education and experienceRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsTechnology experience - 8+Preferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to communicate effectively with C-levels/executives#LI-KN1SSA3002025-586172025Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
