Job Summary
Persona is searching for an analytically driven individual who can communicate diplomatically and collaboratively with all areas of the company. Your ability to be adaptable to an ever-changing atmosphere is a must. You will be charged with developing and driving effective quality control processes throughout the organization, correcting and preventing quality concerns, setting and monitoring the compliance of processes.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS)
· Establish and enforce quality standards for incoming materials, production processes and finished products
· Prepare for and conduct regular quality audits and inspections; keep all audits and certifications current
· Implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to address quality issues
· Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
· Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
· Generate reports on quality performance and present findings to management
· Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, introducing recommendations and solutions
· Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager to integrate quality into process optimization efforts
· Promote continuous quality improvement and increased customer satisfaction daily in all areas of the organization
· Train employees on quality standards and procedures
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of Quality control experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Engineering Terms and Practices
· Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge
· Critical Thinking and Deductive Reasoning Skills
· System Evaluation Skills
· Excellent communication skills
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, salary exempt position. Typical Days and hours worked are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This position is located in Watertown, SD. You will be required to relocate and be onsite.
