**Job Title: Fabricator A**

**Job Description**

Our client is a multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, telecommunications equipment, and missiles worldwide.

In this role, you will perform machine set-up, machining, welding set-up, welding, sheet metal fabrication and extrusion, tube bending and fabrication tasks. You will also handle composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks, as well as assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components. Responsibilities include assembling, repairing, modifying, and installing various power plants and drive trains, performing soldering on electronic and avionics products, and assembling and installing wire harnesses and avionics products. You will prepare test articles, fixtures, and data collection devices for various tests, perform basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation, and apply routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements. You will work on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements.

**Job Type**

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Salt Lake City, Utah.

**Work Environment**

Manufacturing environment, can be loud at times, requires working well with others, and maintaining a clean work station. The role is 100% onsite, with shifts from 6:45 am to 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. Candidates must be open to working both 1st and 2nd shifts, as they may be switched between these two shifts. Orientation and training will be on 1st shift regardless of the assigned shift.
