A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is in search of a proficient Lead Residential Installer to enhance our exceptional team.

WHAT WE OFFER:

We provide a competitive compensation package ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, based on your experience, along with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Your typical working hours will be from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or until the job is completed. During peak summer, work may extend until 5:30 to 7:30 PM, with occasional weekend shifts as required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in copper brazing, low-/high-voltage wiring, and system replacements.
  • Proficient in installing and fabricating duct board.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliability and dependability in work performance.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience as an HVAC installer.
