Description

The Sales Coordinator will provide critical levels of support to the Sales department.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00/hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage accurate documentation

  • Handle all pre-delivery paperwork

  • Conduct daily inventory checks and take necessary follow up actions

  • Manage inventory, including tracking of in transit movement

  • Provide support in delivery of equipment

  • Promote other businesses of the organization: new and used trucks, parts, service, body shop, finance, insurance, rentals and leasing.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a 2 year Associate Degree in Business or Sales related field, or High school diploma and 3+ years of direct truck or heavy-duty equipment inside or outside sales experience.

  • Excellent customer service and good communication skills essential.

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational, multi-tasking and data entry skills a must.

  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft and Google applications preferred.

  • Dependable and reliable attendance required.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor that instills a positive, helpful first impression in our customers.

  • Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
