Our client is a trusted name in construction and real estate development, known for their commitment to quality and innovation. We’re excited to announce the formation of a new group within their organization and are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer / Project Engineer to join their team.


We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong civil engineering background and a passion for fieldwork. As the first hire in this new group, you will play a crucial role in shaping their operations while working closely with their leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who is “civil-minded” and eager to engage in both engineering tasks and project management responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct civil engineering construction activities while managing project engineering tasks.
  • Oversee submittals, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), permits, and client interactions.
  • Track subcontractor performance and manage project schedules.
  • Prepare pricing for permits and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.
  • Actively engage in fieldwork to oversee construction activities and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant experience as a civil engineer, with a keen interest in field operations and construction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
