Infrastructure Observation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Infrastructure Observation Specialist to observe all phases of contractor work, procedures, and progress to verify general conformance with plans, specifications, and standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures, observing compliance with OSHA, EEO, and labor compliance requirements, coordinating with third-party testing laboratories, and monitoring quality control/assurance by reviewing testing reports.

This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of construction observation experience and/or experience in the construction industry, knowledge and experience with public works projects, administration of federally funded projects, consensus building skills, self-direction, and ability to work collaboratively with others.
