The primary role of the Cook is planning, preparing and cooking of food items to ensure the highest quality of product and experience for members and guests.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas (i.e. chopping vegetables, cutting meat, preparing sauces)
Setup, clean, organize and stock cooking stations with supplies, products and equipment
Recognize and resolve guest complaints and concerns, while maintaining an elevated dining experience and service standards
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Cooking experience
