This role will focus on building client relationships, provide insight on tax planning and develop a broad understanding of clients’ business and tax needs. Tax season schedules are capped at 55 hours per week, and there are no overtime expectations from April 15 through January 15. This role is ideal for professionals seeking expanded leadership responsibilities while maintaining a sustainable workload, along with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities Review tax returns of varying types and complexities for technical accuracy. Manage client relationships by assessing needs and developing tailored strategies/solutions. Prepare complex business, fiduciary, and individual tax returns as needed. Mentor, train, and support staff; assist in their growth and professional development. Qualifications CPA with a minimum of 5 years of public accounting tax experience Master of Taxation is a plus Expertise in preparation and tax planning for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals. Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and high ethical standards. Experience with ProSystem Tax, Engagement, and Fixed Asset software a plus. Benefits Company covers a majority of medical and dental insurance. Vision insurance.
