Title VP of Corporate Tax Compensation $175,000 - $190,000 + 10% bonus Benefits 3 weeks PTO + 8 sick days + 8 holidays 401K match FSA STD/LTD Paid onsite parking Location Fully in-office in Portland, OR. Hours/Schedule Standard business hours. Expect a full-time schedule with routine deadlines. Expect additional hours around tax filing deadlines. Team Description This role reports to the CFO and oversees a team of 34 direct reports. This job Oversee all corporate tax filings for multiple entities Assist with corporate tax planning, strategy and forecasting Oversee all tax projects associated with real property including tax assessments and appeals Oversee fixed asset tax accounting and depreciation Strategy for corporate entity structuring Some ownership of indirect tax pieces Regular collaboration with other groups/teams within the tax department Manage, coach and develop junior members of the tax department Manage external advisors and tax vendor relationships We are looking for Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of corporate tax experience Public accounting background strongly preferred CPA required (inactive will be considered) Prior experience in real estate industry preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and timemanagement skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional, deadlinedriven environment Experience with ERP systems and financial platforms is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
