What’s a typical day as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Printing out daily batches of invoices.
• Applying customer payments to invoices.
• Entering credit cards into Oracle and running the credit card program.
• Processing Contractor Billing Invoices.
• Performing transaction clean up.
• Processing transaction application requests.
• Handling various other job functions as requested.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Are proficient in using computers and telephones.
