Located just steps from Sapporo Station, our hotel will be the perfect launchpad for curious travelers eager to explore Hokkaido’s vibrant urban energy and breathtaking landscapes. As Director of Sales, you will lead the hotel’s sales strategy from pre-opening through ongoing operations. You’ll build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local partners, positioning the hotel as a top destination for business and leisure travelers. Rooted in Hyatt’s Purpose —“ We care for people so they can be their best”—you’ll inspire a high-performing team and drive commercial success through authentic connections and bold initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead sales strategy for pre-opening and ongoing operations Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel partners Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows Monitor market trends and competitor activity Recruit, train, and develop the Sales team Promote a culture of care, performance, and innovation Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales leadership role in a lifestyle or luxury hotel Pre-opening experience is highly preferred Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
