Why you should apply to be an Assembly Operator/Environmental Tester:
• Competitive pay rate $18.40 - $21.85 DOE
• or 2 pm to 1030 pm
• Training provided on 1st 7 am to 330 pm to ensure success in the role
• You will receive 1st shift pay during training time $16 - $19 DOE

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Operator/Environmental Tester? You’ll be:
• Following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Operation Descriptions (OD’s) to perform environmental testing on production relays
• Selecting and setting up testing programs using various equipment such as vibration shakers, temperature chambers, and fixtures
• Loading and unloading harnesses/sockets and test beds/sockets
• Monitoring test results and identifying pass or fail products
• Documenting results in logs and production paperwork
• Identifying and reporting any issues to management
• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of testing procedures and requirements

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Possess strong communication skills
• Have basic knowledge of PC operation
• Can read, understand, and follow Operation Descriptions (OD’s) and company policies and procedures
• Are able to recognize and address issues quickly
• Have excellent organizational skills
• Can manually grasp, push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds on a consistent basis at various heights
