Responsibilities Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to commercial clients, assisting them with policy inquiries, changes, and claims. Prospecting: Identify and engage potential new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals within one or more of the BDI established industry niches. Policy Maintenance: Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and promptly. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and insurance products to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements Insurance Experience: Previous experience in commercial lines insurance sales or related field is preferred. Proven track record of developing $100k or more in revenue per year highly preferred. Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license in the state of Texas or be able to obtain one within a specified timeframe. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to accurately assess risks and recommend suitable coverage options. Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
