We’re looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join our team. This role requires a proactive and client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage your industry expertise to deliver unbiased guidance, align with client objectives, and drive successful outcomes. In this leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity to help build our firm, acting as a trusted tenant advisor, driving business growth, and shaping our company culture & operations.

This role is a contract position with a commission-based income structure, with no cap on the upside potential.

In this role, you will… Lead and oversee tenant advisory transactions, providing strategic guidance to clients and managing related transaction operations. Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy, building a robust deal pipeline. Forge strategic partnerships with other advisors in key markets across the US and globally (London, Hong Kong, etc.). Elevate the Resource brand within the CRE industry, attracting top talent to join your team. Cultivate relationships with Heads of Real Estate and Workplace leaders, expanding your network of expertise. Host engaging events to foster connections with prospects, clients, and partners. Mentor and coach team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential. Collaborate with consulting partners to provide clients with end-to-end support. Attend weekly operating meetings and other business meetings as required. Meet internal weekly & monthly sales target metrics and hold meetings with prospects regularly. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all business interactions. Work collaboratively with team members to promote a cohesive and productive workplace environment. Work out of our San Francisco office 3-4 days a week.

We’re looking for candidates who... Embody our values of Integrity, Exceptional Support, One Team Mentality, Power in Perspective, and Future-Focused Have 5-7+ years of proven success in tenant advisory and real estate transactions. Are a Licensed CA real estate associate or broker. Have experience managing diverse property portfolios (office, retail, life sciences, industrial, etc.) Have experience managing portfolio account work across multiple geographies is a plus. Bring strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Have leadership experience in motivating a team toward achieving goals and

developing junior advisors

. Have a strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and needs. Are passionate about the real estate industry and its evolving role in shaping workspaces. Bring a client-centric approach with a focus on building genuine relationships. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Can manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Are a collaborative team player with a "we not me" attitude. Are kind, thoughtful, and an active listener who fosters an inclusive environment.
