Rogers Group is currently hiring a Fixed Assets Support position to join our team in Nashville, TN. This position is a vital element of the Corporate Accounting Team as he or she will contribute to the successful day-to-day operations and long-term growth of the fixed assets segment. This role will have a strong focus on fixed assets and requests for capital purchases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to help ensure efficient operation of the fixed assets segment of Corporate Accounting.
Assist with entering and tracking request forms for capital purchases of fixed assets.
Maintain and upload support for fixed asset additions and disposals.
Provide support to the field for fixed asset related information and assistance.
Assist Fixed Asset Analyst in various ad hoc request relating to fixed assets.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Experience working with an ERP or Equipment management system preferred.
Highly detail oriented.
Great organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work with all types of individuals.
