Key Responsibilities:

  • Image Creation & Management: Build and deploy custom OS images from scratch using SCCM, including creating dynamic and automated configurations.
  • Software Packaging & Deployment: Package and deploy software across various devices using SCCM, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Endpoint Management: Oversee the management and security of endpoint devices via SCCM, with knowledge of Intune for added efficiency.
  • Automation & Scripting: Utilize PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks and optimize deployment processes.
  • Driver Packaging: Package and deploy device drivers, ensuring proper integration into different hardware environments.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting support for deployment-related issues, ensuring rapid problem resolution.
  • Configuration Profiles: Create and manage complex configuration profiles in Intune, ensuring effective device management and security.
  • Advanced Deployment Expertise: Manage the end-to-end software deployment process, from packaging to deployment, ensuring the highest level of optimization and efficiency.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure all devices adhere to company security standards by applying patches, updates, and monitoring endpoint security.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years in desktop engineering, packaging, or a related role with hands-on SCCM experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in SCCM, Intune (preferred but not required), PowerShell scripting, and manual software deployment.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and configuration issues efficiently.
  • Automation Skills: Proven experience automating deployment processes using scripting languages like PowerShell.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with technical teams to drive successful outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in image creation, including custom OS and driver packaging, is highly preferred.
  • Intune expertise beyond basic enrollment tasks, focusing on creating and deploying configuration profiles.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell or other automation scripting languages.
  • Experience with software packaging and dynamic deployments across complex environments.
