Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Sales Specialist at our location in North Hollywood, CA. The Parts Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right truck parts, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory control, and ensuring smooth sales transactions. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales experience
  • Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts
  • Heavy Duty Parts knowledge/experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge/Experience of Heavy Duty truck parts
  • Heavy Duty Truck Parts Dealership Experience is a big plus
  • Automotive or heavy-duty parts: 1 year (heavy-duty parts Preferred)
  • Proficient with a computer (finding parts using VIN number etc.)
  • Counter Sales: 2 year (Preferred)
  • must speak English and Spanish
