Job Opportunity: Marketing and Sales Specialist

Location: Pacific Palisades, CA (In-person with occasional local travel for networking events)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $65K–$80K base salary + performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities: B2C and B2B Focus

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with schools, education organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Industry Analysis: Research trends and create actionable roadmaps for business expansion.
  • Networking: Represent the company at events to establish relationships and promote services.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate partnerships with clients, schools, and community organizations to build a strong referral network.
  • Sales Strategy: Deliver compelling presentations to potential partners, highlighting our unique value.
  • Collaboration: Work with leadership to align strategies with company goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on sales outcomes to ensure progress toward targets.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in education or service-based industries.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills; confident and persuasive presenter.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Professional Presence: Polished demeanor with confidence in public speaking and networking.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms (preferred).
  • Flexibility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to attend local meetings and events.
