Job Overview The Regional Sales Manager for Gloves Sales will drive sales, establish strong customer relationships, and expand market share for gloves in assigned markets. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a regional sales team, and ensuring that sales targets and revenue goals are met. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth. Identify and target new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the gloves market within the region. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the region. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high‑performing sales team focused on achieving regional sales objectives. Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management. Ensure compliance with regional regulations, trade restrictions, and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience Minimum 5‑7 years of sales experience in gloves, PPE, or medical consumables with proven success in assigned markets. At least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role. Strong understanding of the assigned territory’s business landscape and an established network. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite; fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. Additional Information Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to travel within the country and occasionally to other locations as needed.
