What You'll Do:

  • Drive regional sales growth and hit revenue goals
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your sales team
  • Analyze trends, forecast sales, and optimize performance
  • Travel within your assigned territory

You Bring:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales (industrial/plumbing supply a plus)
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Leadership & coaching experience
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills
