Snapshot:
Pay Rate: $58/ per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. 3 days onsite, 2 days from home
Temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

What’s a typical day as a Sr. Contract Analyst & Negotiator? You’ll be:
• Working with Procurement Contracting Managers and Senior Contracting Managers to facilitate, negotiate, and execute agreements with suppliers and service providers.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
• Prioritizing and managing multiple contract negotiations while meeting project timelines.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating contract documents.
• Have proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
• Are highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Have leadership skills to mentor junior Contracting Analysts and Negotiators.

Preferred qualifications:
• Law (Juris Doctor) degree or legal/contract management/paralegal experience.
• Experience negotiating agreements in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data type designations.
• Proficiency in using automated contract management systems and electronic signature tools.
• Experience using Outlook, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft applications.
