Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, IT, Finance, and Marketing, to understand customer, business, and market needs.
  • Identify and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods of gathering information.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with product portfolio vision, roadmap, and integration.
  • Evaluate and drive the implementation of new systems and processes in support of business analyst practice.
  • Continuously monitor and track project progress to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Translate customer, business, and market needs into product requirements that solve business problems.
  • Participate in the product life cycle from conception through release.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing software and data systems.
  • 3+ years of experience working in an agile software development team.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
  • Deep empathy for the end-user and a passion for the user experience.
