- 5+ years of industry experience in product design, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record with a portfolio that showcases high-quality design and customer experience case studies, demonstrating design decisions that articulate efficient design resource usage while balancing user and business needs across various touchpoints in the product ecosystem.
- Craft expertise in user-centered design processes, product design strategy, scoping, designing, and prototyping, with efficient handoffs to cross-functional (XFN) teams.
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that consistently delivers quality outcomes aligned with the company’s goals and user needs.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of product and content designers, providing guidance, shaping processes, practices, and culture to ensure the best work of their lives.
- Provide constructive feedback constantly to push the quality of work to new boundary.
- Strong communication, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills, demonstrated by effective work across multiple teams, soliciting and synthesizing feedback, and facilitating design discussions.
- Proven ability to initiate and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Product Management, ML Engineers, Sales, and Customers) across the Dynamo AI product portfolio to integrate design into the product development lifecycle.
- Experience with B2B and SAAS product. Good to have in-depth knowledge of the domain relevant to Dynamo AI's product portfolio, with the ability to leverage this expertise to enhance product design and user experience.
