Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC | Sales Manager

Our client, a jewelry service provider, is seeking a Sales Manager to focus on East Coast Independent Retailers. This is role is located in NYC and will operate on a hybrid schedule including client meetings as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Represent and sell a variety of services, including reports, appraisals, and educational programs for retailers
- Manage and expand existing client accounts while supporting the sales team with key relationships
- Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and markets
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to create and execute initiatives
- Provide expertise to internal teams on company processes and systems
- Act as a client advocate by offering feedback on services and identifying partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive customer acquisition through networking, past connections, telemarketing, and SMS outreach
- Assist with the organization and setup of trade shows and showroom events as needed
- Maintain accurate records by tracking and submitting expense and revenue reports
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
- Ability to travel to NYC on a hybrid basis and to meet with clients/potential clients as needed
- Experience in the luxury or jewelry industry is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Ability to excel in both team settings and individual tasks
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
Salary: $90k - $115k annually
