Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Join to apply for the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role at Community Care Physicians. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 recruitment and retention bonus. Responsibilities Practice medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long‑term medical needs of patients. Assess patient status by obtaining health history. Order/perform laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests. Treat illnesses, give injections, suture wounds. Monitor therapies and provide continuity of care. Counsel patient/family on preventive health care. Participate in peer reviews, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guideline development and other continuing education. Apply Now Compensation & Benefits $115,000 – $145,000 annually, plus a comprehensive total rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, retirement plan and more.
