Overview Employer Industry: Identity Security Solutions Why consider this job opportunity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work in a high-growth, dynamic environment with a focus on innovative identity security solutions Engage with Fortune 500 companies and government institutions, making a significant impact Collaborative and supportive work culture that fosters learning and development Chance to be a technical leader and trusted advisor for strategic clients What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients, providing strategic direction throughout their journey Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex identity security solutions Oversee the technical execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure successful delivery of professional services Conduct regular technical reviews with clients to optimize their environment and maximize platform utilization Identify and champion product enhancements based on recurring technical patterns observed in client environments What is Required (Qualifications) Extensive Identity Security experience (1015 years) in delivering enterprise-class Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions Proven project leadership experience (10+ years) in managing large-scale identity security projects Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior-level clients Expertise in managing multiple concurrent, technically complex identity projects Deep knowledge of project lifecycle management, including planning, resource management, and technical documentation How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and integration technologies such as REST and LDAP Experience with core IGA platforms like SailPoint, Okta, or Oracle OIM Understanding of security frameworks like Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO27001 Knowledge of directory services, including Azure AD Experience with security software/IT audit principles #IdentitySecurity #TechnicalAccountManager #CareerGrowth #InnovativeSolutions #CollaborativeEnvironment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
