Find out more by visiting www.vensure.com .Position SummaryThe regional sales manager will oversee all sales and distribution in an assigned region and work to grow the customer base maintaining client and vendor relationships, with a true passion for sharing the benefits our services offer. RSM must be organized, energetic, and results-driven as they recruit, train and develop sales staff. Optimizes territory database developing relationships with clients to become the trusted advisor for each region. Conducts deal reviews and strategy sessions for winning new accounts. Provides effective feedback, coaching and counseling to sales staff.
