Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6+ months
  • Location: Hillsboro, OR
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $22/hour


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking and managing itineraries and processing related expenses.
  • Plan and organize internal and external events, including meetings, town hall sessions, and round tables, and manage any follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate customer meetings and prepare any applicable reports and/or slide decks for the meetings.
  • Manage meeting logistics, including room reservations and equipment setup, and assist in the preparation and distribution of materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate facilities maintenance, inspections, supplier audits, and services, ensuring effective communication with vendors.
  • Oversee supplies management, monitoring and ordering inventory as needed.
  • Publish and track action plans and distribute communication materials for tier boards.
  • Coordinate PTO to support managers and supervisors.
  • Maintain warehouse security kiosk access and oversee login procedures.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed to maintain a world-class logistics operation.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in administrative support or similar roles required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Experience managing travel arrangements and coordinating events.
