About The Role Location: New York, United States Collaborate with global teams in the UK, Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam As VP of Sales, you will lead enterprise sales, build and maintain a pipeline, execute account strategies, and act as a trusted advisor bridging AI capabilities with client business needs. What You’ll Be Doing Enterprise Sales & Market Expansion Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with company growth goals. Identify and engage stakeholders (C‑level executives, heads of innovation, data, or risk) across the US banking and financial services landscape. Drive the full sales cycle—prospecting, consultation, negotiation, and closure—focusing on AI‑driven transformation projects. Expand relationships within existing accounts and penetrate target enterprises. AI Solution Consulting Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, innovation leads, and data/IT executives. Translate client strategic needs into AI‑enabled use cases such as intelligent document processing, credit risk automation, and KYC operations. Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored proposals and proof‑of‑concepts. AI & Industry Expertise Maintain knowledge of AI/ML applications in banking (NLP, document intelligence). Stay ahead of banking tech trends (open banking, regulatory tech). Represent Nexus at industry events, AI forums, and executive‑level discussions. Global Collaboration Work cross‑functionally with global teams to align delivery, timelines, and strategy. Operate independently while ensuring seamless communication across time zones. What You’ll Need 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, consulting, or business development within banking, fintech, or AI/data solutions. Established relationships with senior decision‑makers in large US banks or financial institutions. Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a startup environment. Proven ability to work with remote, multicultural teams across time zones. Preferred Qualifications Experience building or leading regional sales teams or partnerships. Background in management consulting or technology advisory. Exposure to global markets and cross‑border collaboration. Passion for AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
