Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. As an Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members

Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative clerk or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

-Experience in sorting and checking mails, printing & copier equipment.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
