Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and quality standards. Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations. Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Analyze production data and generate reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for optimization. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production management to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
