Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
  • Candidates should be prepared to work a rotating shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) or 12-hour shifts, depending on departmental needs. Flexibility is essential.


Pay:  $19.50 - $20.50 (depending on shift)

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:
• Assisting with harvest activities such as preparation, sorting, drying, etc.
• Conducting conditioning activities such as sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.
• Handling return and rework activities.
• Performing quality analysis and control activities.
• Assisting with field management activities such as scouting and field maintenance.
