The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Commercial Insurance Outside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll build your own book of business, meet with business owners, deliver customized insurance solutions, and become a trusted advisor to your clients. What You’ll Do Identify and initiate relationships with prospective commercial and property & casualty clients. Proven ability to be proactive in getting past gatekeepers by building rapport, asking the right questions, and positioning value early in the conversation. Strong focus on consistently building up new business opportunities through persistence, creative outreach, and relationship-driven follow‑up. Cultivate, quote, close and retain prospects. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals. Keep track of prospect and client workflow by utilizing Lucky Dog’s CRM. Serve as a trusted resource for both business and personal insurance needs. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years of proven outside sales success Outgoing, professional, and persistent with a strong closing ability Comfortable generating your own leads (with support for quoting and proposal development) Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and organized — with a “grinder” mentality Driven by long‑term career growth and new challenges Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to get past gatekeepers No prior insurance experience?
