In This Role You Will Get To Build, nurture, and expand relationships with both existing and new high‑value partners in the travel sector to strengthen the company’s market position and grow your professional network. Drive regional sales growth by managing the entire business development lifecycle—prospecting new accounts, onboarding partners, and continually developing established accounts for long‑term success. Represent the brand at industry events, helping increase market share and build a positive presence in the marketplace. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and the competitive landscape. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams spanning product, customer service, finance, and marketing, giving you broad exposure and influence within the organization. Ensure all partners (new and existing) experience ongoing support, addressing their evolving needs and driving exceptional customer satisfaction. Use your analytical and negotiation skills to solve commercial challenges and craft tailored solutions in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Maintain responsibility over your portfolio and activities, planning and prioritizing sales efforts to meet deadlines, deliver results and exceed growth targets. Your strategic mindset helps you spot commercial opportunities ahead of the curve. You enjoy championing your organization’s brand and can connect with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. You’re equally comfortable leading complex deal negotiations, problem‑solving in real time, or collaborating cross‑functionally with product, customer service, finance, and marketing teams to develop solutions that deliver real value. Analytically minded and highly organized, you expertly prioritize and juggle multiple projects within fast‑paced environments, always meeting deadlines and delivering results.
