Title: Sr. Manager Strategic Partnerships (Aviation/Hospitality) Direct Hire Opportunity No Sponsorship Hybrid The Sr. Manager of Strategic Partnerships will lead efforts to drive growth and brand performance through strategic partnerships across the travel and hospitality ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing and managing key partner programs that expand market reach, enhance the customer journey, and deliver measurable commercial impact. It also involves identifying and negotiating new partnership opportunities to drive incremental revenue, strengthen brand awareness and build internal alignment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 6+ years experience, including roles in business development, sales, marketing, and/or partner management Demonstrated experience in B2B partnership & growth program strategy as well as identifying new verticals and partnership opportunities. Proven ability to develop product concepts, test, analyze results and lead complex launches. Experience tracking and analyzing campaign performance, conducting feasibility tests, and managing program rollouts across a wide geographic footprint. Strong analytical skills, including experience reviewing performance results and financial impacts, combined with expertise in data-driven decision‑making and financial modeling to provide data‑backed recommendations and strategize future growth initiatives Background in airline, hospitality, travel industries Responsibilities: Drive growth through the development of partnerships across multiple categories/markets by prospecting, evaluating and determining strategic fit, as well as model the financial impact. Track/analyze campaign performance (ROI, LTV, CAC, etc), develop feasibility tests, analyze results and manage potential program roll outs across the company footprint. Managing the budget & capital spend, driving results for expected and actual ROIs across programs and partnerships. Must utilize data to inform decisions and make recommendations for future actions. Work cross functionally with other departments to provide growth programs and strategies to meet the needs of existing and growth areas. Assist in the negotiation and execution of contracts and oversee the onboarding of new partners, which includes collaboration with Finance, Legal, Technology and Customer Support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
