Responsibilities

Perform advanced troubleshooting, networking, installation, configuration, and maintenance of products.

Act as a consultant for high-level product issues.

Lead technical problem-solving efforts and provide guidance.

Identify opportunities for increased utilization of company resources.

Build and maintain professional customer relationships.

Manage workload and adhere to call handling procedures.

Execute customer training and propose process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and complete administrative tasks.

Achieve productivity and quality objectives.

Participate in company programs and take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in computers, electronics, mechanics, basic networking, and printing software preferred.

Valid state driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage required.
