This role offers a unique chance to drive solution implementation, provide technical and sales support, and optimize customer laboratory configuration. With a strong focus on customer retention and menu expansion, you will be working closely with Acute Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives to achieve business objectives.

About the Role:
  • Customer Retention: Maximize customer satisfaction by executing pre-defined touch points, leading customer training, anticipating competitive threats, and leveraging strategic selling frameworks.
  • Menu Expansion: Proactively identify and close opportunities for menu expansion with AAMs and SAEs.
  • Strategic Planning: Align with AAMs and SAEs to execute strategic plans that prioritize, retain, and expand current CL and TM accounts.

As a Field Application Specialist, you will have the autonomy to work independently while collaborating with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, including Laboratory Managers and Supervisors.

About You:
  • Clinical Background: Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, transfusion medicine, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Clinical Chemistry market forces.
  • Independent Work: Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Business Acumen: Proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful recommendations.
  • Communication: Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
