The Global AI & Data Innovation Team We’re creating the next generation of scalable and responsible AI, ML, and Data Innovations to solve client and consumer problems. Your Role As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be a key product leader shaping our AI product efforts, specifically focused on personalization capabilities and signals. These will power Data Tokens and many other personalization-related use cases, with the ultimate goal of better linking consumers with products and services, benefiting all parties in the payments ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Create strategy and roadmap for AI features, products, and innovations, focusing on personalization capabilities, models, and signals Drive product features through their entire lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, approvals, release, analysis, and iteration Lead other product managers Provide structure for projects using agile methodology, including specifying user stories, building epics, and prioritizing development efforts Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional partners to create robust, scalable solutions Establish strong relationships across regions and business units Lead business reviews to report on progress and critical milestones Champion AI initiatives internally and externally Achieve key performance indicators Serve as a member of the AI & Data Innovation leadership team This is a hybrid position, with an expectation to work from the office 2-3 set days per week. Qualifications Basic Requirements: 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 5+ years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications 15+ years of experience (12+ with an advanced degree) in product management or related industry Track record of creating strategic roadmaps and deploying robust AI/ML/Data Science solutions Experience in personalization, advertising, feeds and ranking optimization, or AI-driven products Proficiency in working with legal, compliance, and privacy teams Strong technical background in AI/ML/Data Science techniques Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align) Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills Global collaboration experience Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience building and recruiting world-class teams Additional Information Travel Requirements: 5-10% of the time Work Environment: Office setting with standard equipment use We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Compensation The estimated salary range for this position is $174,900 to $321,550 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments.
