As a Marketing Communications Manager for APMEX, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our presence within the precious metals industry while expanding our reach to new demographics. You will work closely with our marketing team to enhance our visibility across various platforms and engage with our audience through insightful market commentary, multimedia content creation, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor APMEX's social media presence, collaborating with our in-house copywriters to create engaging content.
Provide expert market commentary on events within the precious metals industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and dynamics.
Represent APMEX on our YouTube channel, at industry events, and through hosting a podcast, showcasing your knowledge and passion for precious metals.
Cultivate connections with industry professionals to foster partnerships and explore sponsorship opportunities that align with APMEX's brand values.
Conduct interviews with other industry experts for our YouTube channel and podcast, further establishing APMEX as a thought leader in the field.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Marketing, PR, brand & reputation management, or other earned media capacity required
A strong understanding of the precious metals industry, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and engaging on-camera presence.
Proficiency in market analysis, including the ability to interpret charts and trends effectively.
Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within the finance or investment sector.
Highly personable and professional demeanor, capable of building rapport with colleagues, partners, and audiences alike.
