Direct message the job poster from 360 Technology We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager / Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of digital transformation initiatives across Field Service, SiteTracker, Case Management, Billing, and CLM domains. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy and technology execution, driving digital strategy, marketing enablement, and front-office transformation through the Salesforce ecosystem and related platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution design for Field Service, SiteTracker, Case Management, Billing, and CLM modules within the Salesforce ecosystem. Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, and IT to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Define and manage product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals and digital strategy. Drive digital transformation by modernizing front-office processes, enhancing customer experience, and aligning technology capabilities with business objectives. Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and adherence to enterprise standards. Facilitate workshops, demos, and sprint reviews, ensuring clear communication between technical and business teams. Oversee functional testing, UAT, and deployment readiness to ensure smooth delivery. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business workflows and performance. Maintain alignment between product strategy, digital roadmap, and cross-functional stakeholder expectations. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of total experience with 5+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis. Proven experience with Salesforce, especially in Field Service, Case Management, and CLM/Billing modules. Exposure to SiteTracker or equivalent project delivery management tools. Strong understanding of digital strategy, marketing automation, and front-office transformation initiatives. Hands‑on experience with process mapping, requirement documentation (BRD/FRD), and Agile methodologies. Ability to translate business goals into functional and technical specifications. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Telecom, Energy, or B2B SaaS domains. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, or Product Owner). Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) and data migration processes. Strong understanding of CLM/Billing workflows and contract lifecycle automation.
