About the Role

iCapital is looking for a Business Intelligence and Fund Launch Manager who will oversee strategic third-party fund onboarding and the launch process for our distribution partnerships. This individual will develop a sales plan with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize our capital raising outcome. In addition, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the G.P. relationships for our curated menu through formalized routines and regular touchpoints. This role will report to the head of iCapital’s Marketplace in support of our broader distribution effort.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new product rollout with key internal partners and external stakeholders across:
    • Pre-launch; contracting, pricing, product education, sales planning, custodial connectivity.
    • Launch; marketing rollout, GP engagement.
    • Post launch; pipeline management, GP coordination, closing process.
  • Collaborate with iCapital’s enterprise GP Relationship Managers, Research and Education, Channel Marketing, National Accounts and Field Distribution to deliver an integrated and streamlined capital raising experience.
  • Work with iCapital’s Channel Marketing team to oversee field communications for new and existing offerings including launch campaigns, webinars, roadshows, fund closes and ongoing communications, as well as platform related marketing content.
  • Work with the Heads of Alternative Investment Distribution and National Accounts to:
    • Manage a growing iCapital Marketplace menu.
    • Gather business intelligence for management while providing actionable insights and analytics to guide the sales team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with alternative investment offerings
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a rapid growth environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Tableau or other business intelligence tools
  • Able to work with and influence senior executives within iCapital and its outside network of investment firms
  • A collaborator who demonstrates commitment and dedication
  • Maintain a positive attitude and high-performance level with demanding and time sensitive initiatives
  • Understand complex concepts, determine key risk items, and communicate them clearly and concisely to internal teams, financial advisors, and clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using technology to leverage branding and information flow to both internal constituents and external partners
  • Experience managing complex projects associated with fund launches and capital raises

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $200,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
