Pay Rate: Starting pay $25- $30/hr. Depending on education and experience.

What’s a typical day as a Project Management Software Support Technician? You’ll be:
• Conducting manual tests to ensure software quality and remove bugs or issues before deployment.
• Working closely with the development team to identify, document, and resolve issues.
• Testing software using test scripts.
• Providing customer support by answering calls and addressing basic questions or software updates.
• Demonstrating high-level customer service and a dedicated work ethic.
• Maintaining a distraction-free remote workspace.
• Testing internet speed and sharing the screenshot with the team.
