Support Debit, Credit, Gift/Pre-Paid programs and associated card issuance/digital wallets.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors Card Services Phone/Email accounts. Answers incoming calls/emails from members regarding fraud and non-fraud disputes. Assists the Contact Center with questions related to card transaction declines and any other issues related to cards or plastics.
  • Completes AOCU Transaction Dispute form for submission to PSCU. Reviews and investigates open fraud and non-fraud disputes.
  • Maintains current knowledge of and complies with all applicable regulations such as the Card Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Reg Z, and Reg E
  • Reviews and completes the Mastercard Settlement report on a daily basis.
  • Collaborates with all internal departments on matters related to Debit/Credit card portfolio. Works with Accounting Operations daily on balancing and reconciling incoming and outgoing financials.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

One year to three years of similar experience required. Good oral and written communication skills. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation. Knowledge of member services and credit union procedures. Must be accurate and have high attention to detail.
