LDR Advisory Partners is facilitating the hiring of an Operations and Partnerships Manager for Mustang Motorcycle Seats.
The Operations and Partnerships Manager is a pivotal role responsible for leading strategic initiatives on behalf of the General Manager. This individual will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring that initiatives are driven forward through meticulous planning and execution. Key responsibilities include creating supporting documentation, representing the brand to external partners, following up on partnership activities, communicating roadblocks and challenges to the General Manager, and providing general support to the General Manager. Essential qualities for this role include proactivity, exceptional organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with the companys goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed supporting documentation for strategic initiatives.
- Represent the brand to external partners, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
- Follow up on partnership activities to ensure timely progress and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify and communicate roadblocks and challenges to the General Manager, providing solutions where possible.
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day activities, providing operational assistance as needed.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all communications, both internal and external, are clear, professional, and aligned with the companys brand and objectives.
- Bridge the operational gap between management and sales and marketing, ensuring alignment and cohesion across departments.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve operations and partnerships.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or partnerships management.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in representing a brand to external stakeholders is a plus.
- Occasional travel may be required for partnership meetings and industry events.
