Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, developing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care services to ensure seamless transitions and efficient delivery of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.
Work Schedule
- 8:00am-5:00pm with wknd/hol/call involvement; 72hrs/2wks.
- Weekend Rotation: every 5-7 weekend.
- Holiday Rotation: 1-2 times per year.
- Call time involvement: 2-3 weeknights a month.
Compensation
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $44.25 per hour.
